WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE "ALL INCLUSIVE" TOUR OPTIONS?

Literally everything you need

  • Bike Hire (late model 2021-2024 Yamaha WR250 or WR450) with at least 70% tread & freshly serviced, ready to ride.

  • Riding Gear (MX boots, Shin/Knee guards, pants, jersey, enduro jacket, helmet, goggles, gloves, neck buff)

  • All fuel needed for the duration of the tour

  • Guides (all highly trained first aiders with over 100 years combined experience in the mountains you're riding)

  • Transport & Support (Airport transfers if everyone is on the same flight, support vehicles during the tours if required)

  • Land Access Fees, Consents, Insurance, Tools, Tubes, Oils, Spares, Emergency Equipment, Sat Phones, Etc - All the smaller unanticipated costs associated with such a significant experience are taken care of, with over 10,000 hours experience running these tours - you couldn't be in better hands.

WHAT ABOUT THINGS I DON'T NEED?

Yep, exclusions from us you may consider bringing:

  • Your own riding gear (optional!) - often much more comfortable in your own kit, especially boots and helmet.

  • Hydration Pack - we're usually blessed with crystal clear creeks and rivers to drink from, but having your own Camelbak is recommended.

  • Sleeping bag (for multiday tours that include camping) - Comfort 3c

  • Alcohol - while never permitted during the ride, there will always be a post-ride beer available each day, these aren't included in the price & we settle up the 'tab' at the end of the tour.

  • Thermal Underlayer - a mandatory must have that isn't included in the price, often overlooked - we NEED you to have a back up set of merino/poly-prop underlayer in your bag - we ride high elevation alpine environments, conditions can change suddenly and dramatically.

DO I NEED A MOTORCYCLE LICENCE?

Having your motorcycle licence is a critical factor when deciding where we can take you. Each tour is custom made, picking any number of hundreds of routes, mountains, ranges and rivers to ride. If your group all have their licence & are competent riding off road on dirt bikes - the options are abundant. We still have options for riders without their licence and these will be discussed at time of booking.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BIKE?

You're more than welcome to bring your own bike & it will lower the cost per day for our tours - it's important your bike is suitable for the terrain and has the fuel range needed - these can all be discussed at time of booking.
